AJ2025 will be using the "Catering Admin Kept Easy” (CAKE) system, both 'on-line' and on the Unit’s tablet to: 

• Provide Units with a menu selection for each meal each day. 
• Provide ingredient information of all ingredients for the meal. 
• List alternative foods for each meal to cater for "Modified Diets” specifically for your Unit. 
• Lock in the type and amounts of food for your selection of the menu so that the item is available for that meal specific to your Unit. 
• Suggest a recipe for the selected meal, with cooking directions. 
• Provide units with a ‘Pick List’ of foods booked for each meal. 

Note that a pick list from CAKE will have the list of ingredients needed for the Unit's menu selection.  The Duty Patrol should be familiar with this when collecting rations.
