PLEASE NOTE - this process is not for general visitor day attendees (10, 11, 12 January) or for Independent Travellers being dropped off or picked up at the Jamboree.

Gate C on Showgrounds Road will provide access to a Short Term and Long Term Car Parking hard stand area for approved vehicles.  Contingent Headquarters vehicles will also park in this area.

The following categories are eligibly to apply for a car parking permit:

• A registered participant authorised by your Contingent to be self-driving to the Jamboree and parking on-site for the duration of the Jamboree

• A JECTC member self-driving to the Jamboree

• A registered day worker

• A registered contractor (including retail service providers)

• A registered local service club member

• A Contingent HQ member applying for Contingent HQ vehicle parking

• A special guest visitor or VIP attending a function or invite only event on the Jamboree site (non-participants)

• A registered visitor with a disabled parking permit attending on one of the three visitors days (10, 11, 12 January)
