Our water supply comes directly from the Maryborough potable water system.
There will be 1 water point and 1 sullage point per four to six sites. Most sites are within 50 metres of these points.
Some Units may wish to run a hose for water supply to their site. This is permitted, provided:
- No trip hazards are created
- All hoses are in good condition.
- At least one spare water point is left at the tap (sharing is caring).
- Hoses should be disconnected when not in use, so that the taps are available for others.
- Consideration is given to the water heating up in the hose – the sun can make the water hot enough to burn.
Water will also be provided at activity sites.
Please ensure you (and your mates!) drink plenty of fluids each day.
