The Jamboree site has a designated Helipad and is close to the Maryborough Airfield and Corrective Services facility. Hence drones of all forms must be approved and operate under strict conditions.
The Jamboree will operate specific drones for program, media and entertainment purposes only. The operators of these drones will operate in accordance with CASA regulations.
Personal drones are NOT permitted at AJ2025. The Queensland Police will investigate any unauthorised drone use.
