Scouts are always up for a challenge, so take on one (or both) of these Patrol Challenges:
1. Organise a meal swap with another Patrol – you have dinner with their Unit, and they have dinner with your Unit.
Make sure you organise this in advance and let your Unit Leader know what’s going on so they are expecting some strangers in their midst (and so they feed them).
Pay attention to any dietary needs.
2. The special Patrol challenge – challenge a neighbouring Patrol.
Challenge them to what? How about a game of Cricket? Frisbee? Trivia Comp? Whatever…
Make it last at least 30 minutes and spend some time getting to know your neighbours.
Run the plan by Unit Council and agree on the rules.
