Items Prohibited From Entering the AJ2025 Site
The following is the list of items prohibited from entering the AJ2025 site without express logged approval of the Director of Safety & Transport (SafeTrans):
- Aerosol containers, including cans of spray paint (excluding deodorant and contractors with such authorised equipment).
- Alcohol (refer 5.25 Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs).
- Animals including domestic pets (excepting assistance dogs or others specifically authorised by the Chief Director).
- Axes, hatchets and similar things (excepting Program activity team).
- e-cigarettes and vapes that contain nicotine (that are not prescribed medications).
- Controlled, dangerous or illegal substances including illegal drugs, narcotics or other intoxicating substances (that are not prescribed medications).
- Darts.
- Deliveries from external caterers or goods suppliers e.g., Dominos, Uber, Menulog, DoorDash.
- Firearms and ammunition or replica items of this nature (Queensland Police Service excluded).
- Fireworks or flares (Contracted fireworks company excluded).
- Gas bottles of all shapes and sizes (other than authorised contracted supplier).
- Generators (other than those hired by the Jamboree).
- Glow sticks of all shapes and sizes.
- Hazardous waste and noxious substances.
- Hypodermic needles (those medically attached to syringes with paperwork excluded).
- Laser pointers.
- Loud hailers (those supplied by Jamboree excluded).
- Personal drones (AJ2025 drones for Queensland Police Service, Program Activities, Safety & Security or Media excluded).
- Personal knives (Leaders multi-tools excluded).
- Pesticides.
- Petrol and any other flammable liquid or petrol run devices (devices supplied by Sites & Services excluded).
- Pornography and other objectionable material.
- Toy caps & firing devices.
- Weapons not already listed in all forms.
